Biography of the Head of School
NKECHI IKENOKWALU ADEYEMI
I am a school and business growth strategist, a certified guidance and learning therapist, a vocational/ career counselor, an Author, a conference/ training facilitator, a microsoft innovative educator expert (MIEE), a Google-certified Coding and programming instructor, the Lead facilitator - The Counselor-near-you-crib; the lead consultant; G'n'G Edu-resources Ltd and the Head of school, Crowns and Jewels schools.
With over 2 decades of classroom teaching experience and school leadership roles, I work with school brands in driving institutional growth by conceptualizing cutting-edge strategies for maximized productivity and impactful operations that will help build global brands.
As a certified learning therapist, I help schools create functional learning and pedagogic methods that will enhance the learning and instructional process of learners in our classrooms and help them to bridge their learning gaps. My ultimate desire is to transform our classrooms into citadel of active and optimal productivity.
My work as a seasoned vocational/career counselling expert, has exposed me to have a first-hand grasp of the numerous pitfalls and challenges plaguing learners and stakeholders in making the right career choice. And so, I provide trainings for schools, educators, parents and guardians on how to discover, nurture, appropriately segment and incubate career pointers in students matching their unique abilities with the right learning environment by the use of time-tested diagnostic and psychometric analysis tool kits.
I anchor the "I-CAN child development conference"; a platform that facilitates trainings for parents and stakeholders to sensitize them and create awareness on ways to imbibe the 21st century parenting skills and advance the various ways they can partner with their ward'(s) school to achieve optimum success.
A member; professional mentor and coach (MPMC) of the institute of corporate mentoring and coaching, Nigeria (CICMCN), Association of professional counselors of Nigeria (APROCON) and Counseling Association of Nigeria (CASSON).
